Thankfully, the staff addressed this after a conversation, and the new room offered a much better experience.

The hotel could benefit from better maintenance overall, especially given the noticeable wear in the room fixtures and common areas.

The location cannot be better. You are literally steps away from all the action and memorable spots. One morning, I stepped out for a late breakfast and discovered a quaint café tucked away, serving the most amazing Dosas! Plus, our kids loved the spacious suite with the big bath tub, they were splashing everywhere.

suncity apollo, gateway of india is perfectly located near small shops where you can buy traditional indian clothes. the breakfast was delicious, and mikel ensured we were well taken care of during our meals. the energy from the staff truly made our stay enjoyable.
